Eastern Cape police confirmed today that a teenager raped his 10-year-old niece.
The police’s Jackson Manatha said the 17-year-old was arrested yesterday.
Manatha said the girl told police she was told if she anything about the incident she would be killed.
The girls mother questioned her after she found blood stains on her clothes.
