A 2-year-old boy died in a shack fire today at Happy Valley Kuils River
The shack fire also left 8 people displaced. A 5-year-old boy suffered injuries and was immediately taken to the Eerste River Hospital
Disaster Risk Management’s Wilfred Solomons-Johannes says the City Disaster Management team was at the scene immediately after the incident occurred.
He says they have also made arrangements for the families to receive trauma councelling.
