The African Christian Democratic Party has joined other parties and organisation in expressing concerns about the sustained campaign of intimidation against top National Prosecution Authority anti-corruption prosecutor Advocate Glynnis Breytenbach.
The parties raised they concerns in a meeting of the Justice and Constitutional Development Portfolio Committee on Tuesday.
ACDP spokesperson Steve Swart says they discussed a mission of enquiry into all the matters relating to Richard Mdluli.
He says that ACDP will support prosecutors.
