The Film and Publication Board’s initial hearing on the classification of the painting depicting President Jacob Zuma’s private parts got off to a rocky start on Tuesday.

The Board`s Chief Executive Officer  Yoliswa Makhasi had to step aside from the process after she had sent out tweets that indicated that the case could have been pre-judged.

FPB Spokesperson Prince Ndamase says Makhasi has now been replaced with a suitable candidate.

Ndamase says she recuse herself because they do not to compromise the process.

He further said the process will continue as planned.
