A shack fire occurred in Site B,Khayelitsha today.
The fire left two people displaced and one person killed.
Disaster Risk Management Centre Spokesperson Wilfred Johannes-Solomons says that the cause of the fire is not known at this stage.
Johannes-Solomon’s has urged residents to be cautious with fires.
He added that the City`s Disaster Management team warns residents against making fires, especial in winter.
