A Johannesburg councillor has said that none of the municipality’s wards were consulted about a new paid parking system.
Councillor Tim Truluck from ward 117 said that ANC councilors often knew about new systems while DA councilors are never notified.
Truluck questioned the implementation of the new system which will be in suburban DA wards.
Up to R8 can be paid for parking in affected areas.
