Tourists in Johannesburg will soon be able to experience the city on hop-on, hop-off buses that have proved popular in other world cities.
Gauteng economic development MEC Qedani Mahlangu says the iconic red open-top buses will be launched in January.
The buses will take tourists to famous Johannesburg locations and make the city tourists friendly.
Guides will offer visitors commentary in 17 languages. A hundred cities around the world already offer tourists.
