The Kruger National Park is creating another way to fight rhino poaching.

The park’s Chief Abe Sibiya on Wednesday handed over bantam aircraft to rangers in the Shingwezi camp in the north.

Sibiya says more than 230 rhino’s have been killed by poachers in the park this year.

The new aircraft will assist the Honorary Rangers who have donated equipment worth more than one-point-three-million-Rands to help fight rhino poaching.
