The City of Cape Town and Golden Arrow Bus Services has reached a deadlock regarding negotiations surrounding the conclusion of a negotiated contract in terms of the National Land Transport Act.

The Corporate Development Manager of Golden Arrow John Dammert said the City is currently operating the MyCity service along the West Coast.

He also said Golden Arrow is one of the operators along that route.

He added that the contracts to operate those services have to be negotiated because they come to an end in September.
