DA leader Helen Zille says time is running out for efforts to prevent South Africa from becoming a completely failed state.
Speaking at the party’s provincial congress in Polokwane, Limpopo, Zille warned that it would be very difficult to turn around a collapsed government.
She says people have become disillusioned with corruption and poor service delivery.
Zille added that recent local election results held encouraging signs for the DA’s efforts to take over Gauteng and the Northern Cape from the ANC.
