Three people sustained various injured this morning following an accident on the George Dale road in Pietermaritzburg.
ER24`s Andre Visser says the cause of the accident is not clear at this stage.
The car veered off the road and overturned.
Visser says when paramedics arrived at the scene the driver had been ejected out of the car.
He added that the other occupants suffered serious head injuries and were transported to nearby hospitals for further treatment care.
