Another police member shot and killed

Another police member has been shot and killed in Cape Town. Yesterday’s attack happened in Philippi.

Details of the victim or the circumstances of the murder are not yet clear.

Five Western Cape law enforcers have been shot over the past few days, with four of them being killed.

Provincial police commissioner Arno Lamoer has condemned the attacks as totally unacceptable. But he says it won’t deter the police from doing its work.
