The Democratic Alliance remains opposed to the Gauteng e-toll, as more efficient methods of funding are available.

Transport Portfolio Chairperson Ruth Bengu seeks to investigate three sets of e-tolling related regulations that were gazetted by former Transport Minister, S’bu Ndebele.

These were compiled without  the legislative requirements that a draft version must first be sent to Parliament for input.

DA Shadow Minister of Transport Ian Ollis says the DA is concerned about the E-tolls regulation which were gazetted  by Minister Sbu Ndebele .
