General Jeremy :SAPS has the skills to conduct operations

Head of Nyanga cluster General Jeremy Veary told a media organisation that the SAPS had the skills to conduct the necessary operations.

He added the City should focus on its mandate around by-law enforcement.

JP Smith mayoral for committee member for safety and security says they have a good relationship at police station level with SAPS.

Smith says they do a lot of integrated and autonomous operations with the police.
