Cope leader Mosiuoa Lekota wants Parliament
to institute legal proceedings against President Jacob Zuma.
Lekota has already made the request, but is expected to table a strong motion in due course.
This follows the President's alleged defiance of an order by the Supreme Court of Appeal.
The Court ordered the presidency to hand over abbreviated transcripts of the tapes that allowed criminal charges against him to be withdrawn.
