The Marikana Commission of Enquiry has resumed in Rustenburg with some family members of those killed in the tragedy attending.
Marikana Support Campaign spokesperson Rehad Desai however says relatives have complained because they have been restricted to only one family member per victim.
He says this is discriminatory as many widows are still in mourning following the killings in August, and African customs determine that widows are not allowed to travel without a relative.
