The scope of digital media platforms continue to develop as we live in an increasingly digitally controlled world.

Yahoo South Africa’s website is one-year-old today and is fast becoming one of the most used in the country.

The latest Effective Measure Dashboard that ranks content consumed on South African news sites ranks Yahoo News third in the country.

A yahoo sale development manager for South Africa and Pan Africa Dora Muresan says in Africa, mobile is the future for digital media.

Further more she said that as they look at the consumer’s behaviour and the media in general today it is clear users are interacting more with the internet irrespective of the device that is being used, it is clear that there is a switch to digital media and this is the generation or age we are moving into, the future age of modern technology.
