A human foetus was found in a rubbish bin in Cape Town on Thursday.
Netcare 911’s Chris Botha said the dead baby was discovered by a man while he was going through the bin’s content, at the corner of Loop Street and Church Street.
Botha adds that the man who discovered the baby ran around the corner and called on the paramedics.
Upon arrival Netcare 911 paramedics examined the baby but discovered that the baby had died.
It is still unknown how long the foetus has been there however the case was handed over to the SAPS for further investigation.
