Minister Fransman reports on SA, Ireland Partnership

International Relations and Cooperation Deputy Minister Marius Fransman on Thursday briefed the media. This is upon the conclusion of the 3rd Session of the South Africa, Ireland Partnership.

Deputy Minister Fransman co-chaired the forum with Joe Costello, Minster of Trade and Development of Ireland to the Republic of South Africa in Cape Town.

Fransman added that the commitment was made to exchange innovation, methodology and in relation to gender, HIV, AIDS, innovation in capacity building and skills development.

There were also talks around a fellowship programme which will start in 2013 will help with skills development in South Africa especially for post graduates targets.
