A man who is suspected of firing a gun in
the air before the Democratic Alliance leadership in Nkandla, KwaZulu Natal
yesterday is due to appear in court today.
DA leader Helen Zille and her convoy were
disallowed the ability to go ahead with their inspection of President Jacob
Zuma’s home.
The suspect was found with two fire arms.
Police spokesperson Jay Naicker says the
man will be charged for carrying a fire arm in a public gathering and for
discharging a firearm in a public area.
