A baby boy believed to be 2hours old
was found abandoned outside a residence in Westville on Tuesday afternoon.
ER24 Derrick Banks said paramedics
arrived on the scene and found the baby on the side of the road with the
community gathering around.
Banks added that paramedics assessed
the baby and found he had suffered sun burn to his face but was okay.
After the baby was assed on the
scene he was immediately transported to the nearest hospital.
Police are investigating the matter.
