One person died and another five injured after a car rolled on the N14 in Olifantshoek on Sunday evening.

ER24’s Vanessa Jackson said it is believed the driver lost control of the vehicle which then veered off the road and rolled.

Jackson says that, when paramedics arrived on the scene they found the driver had been ejected from the vehicle, and he suffered fatal injuries.

“Nothing more could be done to save his life, he was declared dead on the scene” Jackson said.

There other four adults and the four month-old baby that were in the car were taken to hospital with minor injuries.
