Today, Zane Maqetuka (Mr South-Africa Prince) successfully launched a SIYAGYMA-SA healthy lifestyle campaign in partnership with the Western Cape Department of Health and the Heart and Stroke Foundation of South Africa in Gugulethu Square.

Maqetuka said "the campaign’s key message is to live healthy at all times by exercising regularly, eating a balanced diet and adopting a positive attitude to achieving well-being in all aspects of our lives."
The Heart and Stroke Foundation’s CEO, Dr Vash Mungal-Singh, who addressed the audience said the Foundation strongly recommends regular health checkups.
A number of residents queued to get their blood pressure, cholesterol, blood glucose and body mass index measured.
Nonkosi Dyakala – Department of Health’s Chief Community Liaison Officer urged residents to choose a healthy lifestyle.
The event consisted of a taxi rank health screening and meditation, a 5KM walk, Zumba dance, a laughing yoga and other fun activities. Residents were entertained by the 2012 SATMA best newcomer artist award winner, Tornado.
