The City of Cape Town
11 suspects were arrested for various
offences, including illegal possession of firearms.
Police Deputy Chief Yolanda Faro said a
drug suspect was arrested for being in possession of 14 bags of dagga in
Khayelitsha.
Faro further said this indicates that the
fight against drugs is continuing and the police will maintain this to ensure
that successful operations continue.
