The South African Democratic Teachers Union has came out in support of the African National Congress’s and the South African Communist Party’s FNB branding campign.

SADTU’s Spokesperson Nomusa Cembi said the campaign is nothing but an attack on the ANC-led government by FNB using innocent children.

SADTU is calling upon the Advertising Standards Authority to look at the FNB campaign and make a ruling on its partiality.

Cembi said if they had gone to the no-school fee schools because children from those schools would say something totally deferent.

She added that this is just a propaganda campaign meant to vilify the government.
