Dr Nkosazana Dlamini Zuma in Brussels to discuss stability and development

The African Union Commission Chairperson Dr Nkosazana Dlamini Zuma met with Jose Manuel Barroso, President of the European Union Commission to discuss Strategic Review of the AU-EU Partnership.

The two leaders met in Brussels, to discuss the principle of how to treat Africa as a single block.

Dlamini Zuma also spoke about the balance between stability and development. 

Dlamini Zuma adds that they are making sure that in the work that there is a balance of peace and security issues and development because the two are two sides of the same coin, if there is no development there will eventually there will be no stability.

Dlamini Zuma adds that if there is no stability, there can’t be development, Dlamini Zuma adds that there needs to be a balancing act as they go forward.
