DA National Spokesperson and DA Leader in the Johannesburg Caucus Mmusi Maimane said Xulu’s suspension will help to speed up investigation by the Public Protector into corruption allegations at the entity.
Maimane said the number of allegations has been put forward against the CEO in awarding government tenders and action needs to be taken.
He added that this would a critic issue going forward.
