Health services times extended in Mitchell’s Plain, Hanover Park and Gugulethu

The Western Cape Health Department has extended service times at Mitchell’s Plain, Hanover Park and Gugulethu. 

The services will now be rendered for working mothers on weekdays from half past four until nine and on Saturdays from eight until twelve. 

The service for children includes immunisations and management of sick babies.

Provincial Health Spokesperson Sithembiso Magubane said the Services for the woman include preventative and curative health services.

Magubane added that the package of care for woman include family planning services, management of sexual transmitted infection service cleaning and breast examination.
