The Department of Home Affairs has
announced today that the Government of Botswana will no longer accept emergency
travel documents for routine visits to the country.
The Botswana Immigration Department said
travel documents will be limited to emergency situations only.
Department of Home Affairs Spokesperson
Ronnie Mamoepa said the use of emergency travel documents will be limited only
to bona-fide emergency situations, which must be supported by documents to
prove which will then allow such visitors to their country.
Mamoepa added that the department of home affairs
