COSATU KZN will convene the first political
shop stewards council for the year 2013.
Provincial Secretary Zet Luzipo said this
is a open forum to all the shop stewards of COSATU affiliated unions in the
province but will also be attended by the leaders of affiliates and alliance
partners in the province.
Luzipo explains further that the meeting
will be focused on a number of issues, including current political environment,
socio economic challenges, labour broking and e-tolling.
He also added that they will also focusing on
the national development plan and also May day preparations and also how to
tackle on unemployment especially among the youth.
