The Democratic Nursing Organisation
has welcomed the launch of the roll-out of the Fixed Dose Combination ARV pill,
by the National Department of Health.
Denosa said this is one of the many
positive strides taken by government towards ensuring the realization of the
goal of a universal access to quality health.

Delihlazo said the fact that one pill will be taken per day instead of three or
four is welcomed.
“The fact that one pill will be
taken once a day, will go a long way into minimizing the number of patients
that default taking medicine from time to time” Delihlazo added.
