ER24 paramedics responded to an
accident on Tuesday evening, where a man believed to be in his 30’s had
died.
This is after he crashed his bakkie
into a back of a construction vehicle on the N12 outside Kimberly in the
direction of Hopetown.
ER24’s Derrick Banks said the road
had to be closed to allow paramedics to extricate the man and the driver of the
delivery vehicle from the wreckage.
Banks added that the man was
declared dead on the scene and the cause of the accident is not known at this
stage.
