The Democratic
Alliance has raised concerns about the definition of national security.
This is after the
Protection of State Information Bill was passed by the National Assembly a few
weeks ago.
DA Parliamentary
Leader Lindiwe Mazibuko has called on President Jacob Zuma to refer the bill
back to Parliament.
Mazibuko
Spokesperson Siviwe Gwarube said the state information bill remains flawed
according to DA because parliament does not have the power to legislate the
matters which are exclusive provincial legislative.
