100 days left until final matric exams

Today marks 100 days to go until the class of 2013 write their final National Senior Certificate Examination. 

The Western Cape Education Ministerial Spokesperson Bronagh Casey said 59 725 candidates have registered for the exams of which 48 979 are full time candidates. 

Casey said the WCED is currently reviewing the June exam results which will assist in determining which schools need additional support. 

Casey said WCED will continue giving support to the learners and also implement other measures which aim to assist learners and the learners are urged to use the programs provided to them.
