Ebrahim: SA should be a Socio Economic

Deputy Minister of International Affairs Ebrahim Ebrahim during a PRAU discussion in Pretoria said South Africa like any other country in the world has to also mindful of socio economic impact.

Ebrahim also said labour unrest, fuel and electric supply constraints need to be addressed.

Ebrahim added Spain ranked 25^th largest export destination last year.

Meanwhile Economist, Goolam Ballim said Europe is set for another year of recession and their economic matters have an influence in the country’s economy.

Ballim further said since July 2010 Spain has become South Africa’s largest trade partner.

 He added that Spain and China play a vital role in trade between the three countries.

Ballim further added that in the forth quarter of 2008, 20 million in China lost their jobs.
