Car plunged into house and kills two, in Mitchell's Plain

An accident in Rockland’s, Mitchell’s Plain in the early hours of this morning, claimed the lives of two people and left one in a critical condition.

Traffic Chief Kenny Africa said that the exact details as to the preceding events, leading up to the accident are unclear.

“Early this morning around 5:30am a Honda Civic motor vehicle plunged into a house on the corner of Park Avenue and Capricorn road in Rockland’s, Mitchell’s Plain area,” added Africa.

He added that there were three occupants in the vehicle and two died immediately due to the impact and injuries sustained and all the occupants were in their early twenties.
