The African Christian Democratic Party in the Western Cape said computer centres, libraries and toilets are a right and a must to adequately equip the generation of leaders.

ACDP Leader in the province Ferlon Christians called on all parents, advocacy groups and the general public to make their voices heard by October 11, which is the deadline for submissions on the draft regulations on minimum norms and standards for school infrastructure.

Christians said the first thing that is needed is to encourage the public to participate on the process of norms and standards.
