The African Christian Democratic Party in the Western Cape said it welcomes the additional South Africa Police Service members visible policing in Nyanga, Khayelitsha and Gugulethu.

ACDP Provincial Leader Ferlon Christians said the solution to decreasing crime is an integrated approach between business, communities and the government.

Christians added that the ACDP is asking the community, businesses and the government to work as a collective in order to ensure visible policing.

Christians concluded by saying that Nyanga was the murder capital, the ACDP is glad that something is being done to capitalise on crime.
