Three suspects arrested for KwaDukuza murders

The KwaZulu Natal Police arrested three suspects who were alleged to have been involved in the shooting that left a taxi owner and diver dead in Groutville. 

The suspects are aged between 27 and 50-years-old.  Colonel Jay Naicker said the three suspects will be charged for two murders, three attempted murders and for being in possession of unlicensed firearms and ammunition. 

Naicker said when the suspect were arrested they were found in position of two R-5 rifles as well a one revolver.

“The suspect were arrested in connection with the double murder as well as three cases of attempted murder that was opened in KwaDukuza, the three suspects are in custody and they will appear in court on Monday,” Naicker added.
