The Congress of South African Trade Unions has called for the Bafana Bafana games in Swaziland to be cancelled.

Cosatu Spokesperson Patrick Craven said this is in line with the federation’s strong support for the cultural boycott of King Mswati`s brutal monarchist dictatorship.

The Bafana match is scheduled for the 15th of November 2013.

Craven said political parties in Swaziland are not recognized and not given the platform and this is the right thing to do, because sport was used to fight politics in South Africa during the apartheid era and even right the same thing need to be done to change the situation around in Swaziland.
