The Democratic Alliance today said Minister of Public Service and Administration Lindiwe Sisulu should not get off the hook for wasting millions of rands, flying on privately owned jets operated by the South African Air Force, when she was the Minister of Defence and Military Veterans.

DA MP of Defence and Military Veterans David Maynier said this issue needs to be dealt with urgently.

Maynier said the current minister has not replied to my questions for 188 working days about the former minister’s use of Gulfstream Executive Jets.

“I have now written to the Speaker of Parliament Max Sisulu asking him to make the minister to reply to my parliamentary questions” Maynier added.
