Government has condemned the looting of
shops and goods during a violent protest march in Cape Town on Wednesday.
Over a thousand people were protesting to demand housing and better service delivery.
GCIS Acting CEO Phumla Williams has called
for the police to make quick arrests for the guilty perpetrators.
Williams said as government they would
never condemn marches with the right intentions but once they become violent
and impact on ordinary citizens.
