Human Settlements Department to hand over houses at Pelican Park

Western Cape Human Settlements MEC Bonginkosi Madikizela, and the Mayor of Cape Town, Patricia De Lille, and the MAYCO Member for Human Settlements at the City, Councillor Thandeka Gqada are expected to hand over the house keys to the beneficiaries of Pelican Park.

One of the beneficiaries is a 75 year-old Msitsai Zubula.

The recipient will also include special needs beneficiaries.

Spokesman for Minister Bonginkosi Madikizela, Bruce Oom said this handing over is part of government to prioritise those who are needy and going forward the elderly will take centre stage in the handing over of the houses.
