The Congress of South African Trade Union in Gauteng said it will continue to protest against e-tolls.

The e-tolling system went live on Tuesday against opposition against the project.

Cosatu’s Gauteng Provincial Secretary Dumisani Dakile said the most important weapon now is to refuse to cooperate with the South African National Roads Agency Limited and not to buy e-tags in numbers.

Dakile said government is stubborn and unwilling to cooperate with the people and Cosatu is still calling on people not to buy e-tags.
