Police are searching for four
suspects who are believed to be involved in a shooting that has left a security
guard dead and a police officer wounded in Nyanga.
The shooting took place early this
morning after the suspects robbed a liquor store.
Police Spokesperson Elvis Mahote said the four suspects fled the scene in a silver Chevrolet which they stole at the Plaza.
Mahote urged community members to assist
police with the whereabouts of the suspects and they are regarded as armed and
dangerous.
He added that the circumstances
surrounding the incident are being investigated.
