Four traffic officials arrested for corruption

Four North West traffic officials aged between 30 and 39-years old were arrested for corruption by the Anti-Corruption Unit of the hawks. 

All four suspects were arrested for soliciting R2 000 from a 30-year-old truck driver who was allegedly without a permit. 

Captain Paul Ramaloko said the suspects were released on R500 bail each.

Ramaloko said the suspects will appear in court soon.
