Western Cape Premier Helen Zille on Tuesday said the decision by the African National Congress to reinstate Andile Lili and Loyiso Nkohla appears to be motivated by alleged difficulties with campaigning and a desire to boost their fortunes.

The ANC is expected to march to the Provincial Legislature today over service delivery.

Premier Zille has called for assurance from the ANC that the march will be peaceful.

Premier Spokesperson Zak Mbhele said the two have been the leaders of the Sesikhona group and that has caused disruptive with protests around the City. And they vowed to make the City ungovernable.
