A 30-year-old shot dead in Delft

Delft police are investigating a murder of a 30-year-old man who was shot dead on Wednesday. 

Police Spokesperson Captain FC van Wyk said according to an eye-witness the victim was at a yard of a neighbour when a silver Toyota Tazz with no registration stopped in front of the property. 

Van Wyk said two occupants then came out of the vehicle and randomly shot the victim several times.

Van Wyk said upon their arrival on scene they found a man laying on the ground with a bullet wound, he died on the scene and no arrest has been made yet, any one with information about this incident is requested to contact crime stop on 08600 10 111.
