The Democratic Alliance says the Department of Basic Education is misleading South Africans regarding the delivery of textbook problems.

This as some Limpopo schools have claimed that they have not received textbooks.

DA Limpopo Leader Jacques Smalle said the DBE is doing everything in its power to conceal the true extent of the problem.

Smalle added that there are school principals that would not come forward to tell their problems at their schools and government need to tell the truth about the number of schools that do not textbooks.
