A man tragically died last night, two other people were left seriously injured and 59 others sustained minor to moderate injuries.

This is after a bus collided into a light motor vehicle on the N14 near Centurion.

ER24 Spokesperson Luyanda Majija said the deceased adult and the two critically patients were seated in the light motor which was apparently parked along the fast lane direction to Johannesburg and the bus collided into it.

“ER24 along with several other rescue and medical emergency personnel were on scene to treat and transport the many patients on scene to various hospitals including Unitas Hospital for further medical care.” Majija added.

The exact details of the cause of the accident will remain the subject of a police investigation.
